ARTIST

Sam Flores is a multidisciplinary artist born in New Mexico and based in San Francisco. His work draws from a lifetime immersed in skateboarding, graffiti, comic books, and hip-hop culture. Flores is a member of the Upper Playground artist collective and operates under his sub-brand 12Grain. His imagery blends humor, symbolism, and narrative, resulting in characters that feel both playful and iconic.
